Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys

So as some of you may know from the Facebook page, I am going to watch all 9 Puppet Master flicks, including Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys.  I vaguely remember the originals from years back, but other than that, they're pretty new to me. So first off, I wanted to start with Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys, because #1, I remember enjoying Demonic Toys, and #2, I heard it didn't go with the lineage of the series at all.  So anyways, I just finished Puppetmaster vs. Demonic Toys and my God, its complete crap.  I wish I could say SOMETHING good about it, considering this is an epic Full Moon clash, but I honestly can't.  Everything about this movie is horrible.  The effects look like crap, the acting is crap, the plot is crap.  The dolls themselves look like cheap plastic knockoffs of the original puppets, and the Demonic Toys look like toys someone pulled right off their kid's shelf. All the acting is so over the top and shitty that its not even a funny over the top, its just bad.  Of all the bad things I have said, the worst part of the entire movie HAS to be Corey Feldman, and I hate saying that.  I'm a huge fan of Corey Feldman in just about everything, except for this movie.  I don't know if he was told to act the way he did, but for some reason he spoke with a gravely tone in his voice and over dramatize every single thing he said.  It went from bad to worse in a matter of seconds.  I don't know why he acted so cartoonish and over the top, but it didn't work.  I guess I have probably said enough, I don't recommend this movie to anyone, even if you're drunk with a lot of friends. There is just no redeeming qualities to this movie.  I hope the rest of the Puppet Master series is atleast slightly better than this one.
